This paper describes the comprehensive properties and properties of ferrofluids for magnetic-gravity mineral processing of non-ferrous and precious metal ores. The theoretical and experimental results of the basic principle of sorting mineral particles in magnetic fluid are reported. In magnetic-re-sorting, the analytical formula of the relationship between the velocity and drag coefficient of ore particles in the working area of the magnet-re-concentrator and the Reynolds number is given. This paper discusses the fundamentals of magnet-re-mining machine calculations and designs, their characteristics, and the operating data obtained, and evaluates this promising and attractive beneficiation method.
