陶瓷纤维具有很多优点,目前陶瓷纤维毡应用于各种加热炉已取得明显的节能效果。井式气体渗碳炉因炉膛是圆形的,采用陶瓷纤维毡作炉衬,电阻丝的搁置问题不好解决,因而影响了陶瓷纤维毡在井式炉上的应用。我车间在三门峡市耐火材料厂的协助下,趁设备大修的机会,采用该厂生产的硅酸铝纤维型砖,对一台RJJ-75-9T气体渗碳炉进行了改装,解决了电阻丝的搁置问题。结构简单(见图1)、节电效果显著。现介绍如下:
Ceramic fiber has many advantages, the current ceramic fiber mat used in a variety of furnaces have achieved significant energy savings. Pit-type gas carburizing furnace is circular because of the furnace, the use of ceramic fiber felt lining, resistance wire shelving problem is not solved, thus affecting the ceramic fiber mat in the pit furnace application. With the help of Sanmenxia Refractory Material Factory, taking advantage of the overhaul of the equipment, the workshop modified aluminum RJC-75-9T gas carburizing furnace with the aluminum silicate fiber type brick produced by the factory to solve the problems of resistance wire Shelving problems.
