关于硅钼兰法测定微量硅早已被广泛采用,不少学者对此进行了大量研究工作,扩大了其应用范围。本文根据资料对钒中微量硅测定的诸条件进行了试验,拟定了大量钒溶液中微量硅的测定方法。方法基于在0.4N盐酸酸度下,硅与钼酸铵生成黄色硅钼酸,以甲基异丁酮萃取,使硅与钒分离。然后用氯化亚锡于有机相中进行还原,形成硅钼兰。在680毫微米波长处测定吸光度,借此测定高含量钒溶液中之微量硅。在被测溶液中100毫克五氧化二钒共存不影响硅的测定。
Silicon molybdenum blue method for the determination of trace silicon has long been widely used, many scholars have done a lot of research work to expand its scope of application. This article based on the data of the determination of trace amounts of silicon in vanadium were tested, the determination of a large number of vanadium solution in the determination of trace silicon. Method Based on the acidity of 0.4N hydrochloric acid, silicon and ammonium molybdate generate yellow silicomolybdic acid, extracted with methyl isobutyl ketone, and silicon and vanadium are separated. The stannous chloride is then reduced in the organic phase to form molybdenum silicon. Absorbance was measured at a wavelength of 680 nm to determine the trace silicon in the high content vanadium solution. Coexistence of 100 mg of vanadium pentoxide in the solution under test did not affect the determination of silicon.
