目的评价无人区电轴在房颤合并宽QRS波群鉴别诊断中的价值。方法选择92例门诊及住院患者,分别用无人区电轴目测法及经典标准判断室性心律失常。结果目测法判断宽QRS波群位于无人区电轴的为53例,再用经典标准判断该53例均为房颤伴室性心律失常,另39例为房颤伴差异性传导,无一例位于无人区电轴,提示特异性100%。结论无人区电轴在房颤合并宽QRS波群诊断中是一项特异性强,简单实用的鉴别指标。
Objective To evaluate the value of unmanned axis in the differential diagnosis of atrial fibrillation with wide QRS complex. Methods Ninety - two outpatients and inpatients were selected, and ventricular arrhythmia was judged by visual field test and classical standard in unmanned area respectively. Results Visual acuity was used to determine whether the wide QRS complex was located in the axis of unmanned area in 53 cases. According to the classic criteria, the 53 cases were both atrial fibrillation with ventricular arrhythmia and the other 39 cases with atrial fibrillation with differential transmission. Located in the unmanned electric axis, suggesting a specificity of 100%. Conclusion Unmanned electric axis in the diagnosis of atrial fibrillation with wide QRS complex is a strong, simple and practical identification.
