不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)是临床上常见的介于稳定型心绞痛和急性心肌梗死(MI)之间的急性冠脉综合征,易发生急性心肌梗死、心源性猝死等严重并发症,因此必须得到及时恰当的治疗,改善预后。笔者近两年内应用葛根素与藻酸双酯钠治疗50例不稳定型心绞痛效果良好,现报道如下。
