家兔以乌拉坦麻醉肝素抗凝,行颈总及股动脉插管术,经GOULD P23 1D换能器与San ei生理多导仪相联,分别测左室内压、±dp/dt及血压。动物随机分为4组:1组(n=10)于实验前半小时耳缘静脉注入生理盐水(4ml/kg),行腹部手术分离腹腔动脉后,描记正常状态(0时)血压等曲线,立即夹闭该动脉并于30、60(停止夹闭即刻)、90、120及150分时各记录相应血液动力学指标,并记录动物死亡时间;2组(n=8)于实验前小时耳缘静脉注射0.5%阿司匹林溶液4ml/kg(20mg/kg,PH=7.4)其余方法同1组;3组
Rabbits were anesthetized with urapidil heparin anticoagulation, neck and femoral artery catheterization, GOULD P23 1D transducer and San ei physiological multi-guide instrument associated, measured left ventricular pressure, ± dp / dt and blood pressure.
