本文以Bleomycin气管内一次给药法复制了小白鼠肺纤维化模型。观察到丹参注射液对肺纤维化有明显保护作用。作者设想,通过对炎症的抑制作用可能是丹参保护作用的一个环节。
In this study, the pulmonary fibrosis model of mice was replicated by intrabronchial administration of Bleomycin. Salvia miltiorrhiza injection was observed to have a significant protective effect on pulmonary fibrosis. The authors hypothesized that inhibition of inflammation may be a link in the protective effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza.
