In this paper, according to the relevant national laws and regulations and the tanker design theory combined with the test work practice in the plateau area, the status quo and causes of the safety and quality of the wave tank of the hazardous chemical tanker are studied and analyzed. At the same time, the improved methods and suggestions are put forward. As we all know, hazardous chemical tanker is one of the most dangerous long-distance transport equipment in the logistics industry. It undertakes the transportation of a large amount of dangerous chemical liquid which is under pressure, poisonous, flammable, explosive or corrosive. With the continuous improvement of science and technology, its management of design, manufacture and use has been greatly improved. However, the author’s inspection found that there are still many safety and quality of the tanker wave plate in the plateau area
