目的:比较江苏省南京市和金湖县两地宫颈鳞癌组织中人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染基因型分布的差异性和临床意义。方法:采用基因扩增结合基因芯片技术对江苏省南京市156例及江苏省金湖县124例宫颈鳞癌组织标本进行23种HPV分型检测,并对患者的相关资料进行分析。结果:156例南京市宫颈鳞癌患者检出HPV感染者136例,HPV总感染率为87.18%(136/156),其中一型感染率为66.03%(103/156),多型感染率为21.15%(33/156);124例金湖县宫颈鳞癌患者检出HPV感染者114例,HPV总感染率为91.94%(114/124),其中一型感染率为67.74%(84/124),多型感染率为24.19%(30/124)。江苏省两地宫颈鳞癌组织中,都以HPV一型感染为主,多型感染为辅,南京市HPV感染出现频率最主要的依次为16、18、33、58、52、59、45、31型,而金湖县HPV感染出现频率最主要的依次为16、58、31、18、52、6、11、33型,高危16、18、33、58、52、31、59、45型是两地致宫颈鳞癌的主流型别,两地都以16型尤其突出,分布占高危型出现频率的55.81%(南京市96/172)和44.37%(金湖县63/142)。结论:HPV芯片检测技术可用于子宫颈鳞癌组织的分型检测,对我国女性宫颈鳞癌的防治、流行病学研究以及HPV疫苗的研发都具有重要的意义。
Objective: To compare the differences and clinical significance of genotype distribution of human papillomavirus (HPV) in cervical squamous cell carcinoma between Nanjing and Jinhu in Jiangsu Province. Methods: Twenty-three HPV types were detected in 156 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma in Nanjing City of Jiangsu Province and 124 cases of Jinhu County in Jiangsu Province by gene amplification and gene chip technology. The related data of the patients were analyzed. Results: Of 156 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma in Nanjing, 136 cases were detected with HPV infection. The total HPV infection rate was 87.18% (136/156), of which 66.03% (103/156) 21.15% (33/156). Among 124 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma detected in Jinhu County, 114 cases were HPV-infected. The total HPV infection rate was 91.94% (114/124), of which 67.74% (84/124) ), Polytype infection rate was 24.19% (30/124). Jiangsu Province, cervical squamous cell carcinoma in both cases, are HPV-type infection, polytype infection, Nanjing HPV infection frequency of the most important are 16,18,33,58,52,59,45, 31 type, while the incidence of HPV infection in Jinhu County, the most important are 16,58,31,18,52,6,11,33 type, high-risk type 16,18,33,58,52,31,59,45 Cervical squamous cell carcinoma is the mainstream of the two types, both of which are particularly prominent in type 16, accounting for the frequency of high-risk occurrence of 55.81% (Nanjing 96/172) and 44.37% (Jinhu County 63/142). Conclusion: HPV chip detection technique can be used to detect the type of cervical squamous cell carcinoma, which is of great significance to the prevention and treatment of cervical squamous cell carcinoma in our country, epidemiology and development of HPV vaccine.
