冬季修剪在葡萄的生产管理中是一项重要环节。该试验以陕西关中地区主要酿酒葡萄品种为试材,研究了不同冬季修剪方式下各品种各芽位的萌芽特征、新梢成花结果和果实品质状况。结果表明:短梢修剪情况下各品种的萌芽率、结果枝率、结果系数均较高。同时,短梢修剪也提高了“蛇龙珠”、“佳丽酿”、“烟73”、“小芒森”、“小白玫瑰”、“贵人香”等6个品种的含糖量和“赤霞珠”、“蛇龙珠”、“佳丽酿”、“马瑟兰”、“小芒森”、“小白玫瑰”、“贵人香”等7个品种的含酸量。此外,短梢修剪还提高了除“赤霞珠”外所有红色品种的总酚含量。因此,短梢修剪适合于陕西关中地区的大多数酿酒葡萄品种,可以显著提高该地区酿酒葡萄品种的结实率和果实品质。
Winter pruning is an important part of grape production management. In this experiment, the main wine grape varieties in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province were used as experimental materials to study the germination characteristics, flower bud formation and fruit quality of different buds under different winter pruning methods. The results showed that the germination rate, branch rate and coefficient of result of the varieties were all higher under the condition of short shoot pruning. At the same time, the short shoot pruning also improved “snake Dragon Ball ”, “Carrie brew ”, “smoke 73 ”, “small Mounton ”, “white rose ”6 varieties of sugar content and “ Cabernet Sauvignon ”“ snake Dragon Ball ”, “ Carrie brew ”, “ Mase Lan ”, “ Small white roses ”, “ elegant fragrance ”and other seven varieties of acid content. In addition, the short shoot pruning also increased the total phenolic content of all red varieties except Cabernet Sauvignon. Therefore, the short shoot pruning is suitable for most wine grape varieties in the Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province, which can significantly improve the seed setting rate and fruit quality of the wine grape varieties in the region.
