本文通过体内、外实验研究表明,冬虫夏草及其人工培养菌丝(中国拟青霉)制剂可提高小鼠血清溶菌酶水平,但对小鼠脾细胞的淋巴细胞转化功能则表现为抑制作用。而且,药物在体外未能回升由强的松龙所致的小鼠脾细胞淋转抑制的作用,也无促进刀豆蛋白A诱导抑制性细胞的作用。这些结果提示,冬虫夏草及其人工培养菌丝主要为促进巨噬细胞的吞噬和杀菌作用,但能抑制T淋巴细胞的功能。
This article through in vitro and in vivo experiments show that Cordyceps sinensis and its cultured hyphae (Paecilomyces chinensis) preparations can increase serum lysozyme levels in mice, but on the spleen cells of mouse lymphocyte transformation function showed inhibition. Moreover, the drug failed to rebound in vitro from prednisolone-induced inhibition of splenic cell spleen cell turnover, and did not promote the action of ConA-induced inhibitory cells. These results suggest that Cordyceps sinensis and its cultured hyphae are mainly to promote macrophage phagocytosis and bactericidal action, but can inhibit the function of T lymphocytes.
