目的:对野生金线莲挥发油化学成分进行提取和分析,比较不同溶剂萃取野生金线莲挥发油化学成分的差异。方法:采用超声波辅助水蒸汽蒸馏法提取挥发油,分别用正己烷、乙醚萃取后浓缩,通过GC-MS分析,实现对组分的鉴定,同时用峰面积归一化法计算它们的相对含量。结果:乙醚萃取的挥发油中检出46个成分,鉴定出38个化合物,占挥发油总量的95.12%,主要成分为:亚油酸(20.570%)、1-辛烯-3-醇(18.460%)、棕榈酸(17.616%)和亚麻酸(4.849%)。正己烷萃取的挥发油中检出35个成分,鉴定出27个化合物,占挥发油总量的93.68%,主要成分为:1-辛烯-3-醇(22.385%)、棕榈酸(19.573%)、亚油酸(16.725%)和亚麻酸(4.488%)。结论:为金线莲的进一步开发研究提供基础数据。
OBJECTIVE: To extract and analyze the chemical constituents of the volatile oil from wild Anoectochilus, and to compare the chemical constituents of volatile oil extracted from different genus Anoectochilus. Methods: The volatile oil was extracted by ultrasonic-assisted steam distillation, extracted with n-hexane and ether respectively, and then concentrated. The constituents were identified by GC-MS analysis, and their relative contents were calculated by peak area normalization. Results: Forty-six components were identified in the volatile oil extracted by ether, 38 compounds were identified, accounting for 95.12% of the total volatile oil. The main components were linoleic acid (20.570%), 1-octen-3-ol ), Palmitic acid (17.616%) and linolenic acid (4.849%). The main constituents were: 1-octen-3-ol (22.385%), palmitic acid (19.573%), palmitic acid Linoleic acid (16.725%) and linolenic acid (4.488%). Conclusion: This study provides the basic data for the further development and research of A. chinensis.
