目的:研究伏毛铁棒锤根中总生物碱的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用3因素3水平响应面法对伏毛铁棒锤总生物碱乙醇回流提取工艺进行了优化。结果:建立了一个总生物碱得率与影响因子的多元二次回归方程,得到总生物碱的最佳提取工艺条件:提取时间1.72 h,乙醇浓度64.00%,料液比8.18 mL/g,总生物碱得率的预测值可达0.526%,实测值为0.521%,与预测值非常接近。结论:二次多项式建立的数学模型具有良好的预测性,所选工艺条件重现性好。
Objective: To study the optimum extraction process of total alkaloids in the root of Scrophularia pubescens. Methods: The 3-level, 3-level response surface methodology was used to optimize the ethanol reflux extraction process of total alkaloids from Feodustus rubra. Results: The multivariate quadratic regression equation of total alkaloid yield and influencing factors was established. The optimum extraction conditions of total alkaloids were obtained: extraction time 1.72 h, ethanol concentration 64.00%, solid-liquid ratio 8.18 mL / g, total The predicted alkaloid yield was 0.526% and the measured value was 0.521%, which was close to the predicted value. Conclusion: The mathematical model established by quadratic polynomial has a good predictability, the selected process conditions reproducibility is good.
