幼儿园作为实习基地提供教学观摩和实践师幼互动的场所,不仅要承担帮助学校培养学生的任务,也作为教育前沿为学生提供符合教育规律的课程。但是,实习基地的幼儿园也需要作为教育学术研究者的教师带领学生为幼儿园带来教育教学的新思路和新方法。参与性见习新思路,以团队小组表演的形式,为幼儿来一次快乐参与和互动的大型活动,可以有效地唤醒教师角色意识,为将来成为一名有创意、有合作意识的幼儿教师做好准备。
Kindergarten, as an internship base, provides a place for teaching, observing and practicing teacher-child interaction. It not only undertakes the task of helping schools cultivate students, but also serves as the front line of education to provide students with courses that conform to the law of education. However, the kindergarten of the internship base also needs new teachers and teachers who are teaching academic researchers to lead the students in teaching and learning new ideas and new methods for the kindergarten. The new idea of participatory probation, a large-scale activity for young children to participate in and interact with each other in a form of team performance can effectively arouse teachers’ role awareness and prepare for becoming an innovative and cooperative kindergarten teacher in the future .
