激励指利用某种外部诱因调动人的积极性和创造性,使人有一股内在的动力,向所期望目标前进的心理过程。也就是激发人的行为,推动人的行为,调动人的积极性,就是让人们自觉自愿地、努力地工作,并创造好的绩效。因此,教师在从事教学活动的过程中,适时地使用恰当的激励手段,便能充分调动学生的主观能动性,以提高课堂教学的效率。然而,在很多的教学研讨活动中,教师课堂上的激励手段存在诸多问题。
Incentive refers to the use of some external incentives to mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity, so that people have an internal motivation, to the desired goal of the psychological process. That is to stimulate people’s behavior, to promote people’s behavior, to mobilize the enthusiasm of people is to allow people to voluntarily work hard and create good performance. Therefore, when teachers are engaged in teaching activities, proper use of appropriate incentive measures in a timely manner can fully mobilize the students’ initiative and enhance the efficiency of classroom teaching. However, in many teaching and research activities, there are many problems in the teacher’s classroom motivation.
