单克隆抗体技术是 khler 和 Miltein在1975年利用体细胞杂交技术建立的一种可以在体外连续培养并能分泌特异单克隆抗体的细胞株。由于这一技术是将小鼠的骨髓瘤细胞与小鼠的脾细胞融合,其后代仍具有瘤细胞的特点,因此又称为杂交瘤技术。目前,这一技术已经广泛地应用于生物学和医学的各个领域,特别是近几年来,单克隆抗体技术在肿瘤诊断和治疗中的应用取得了令人注目的进展。本文扼要介绍单克隆抗体技术的基本概念及其在肿瘤研究中的应用。一、有关单克隆抗体的一些概念
Monoclonal antibody technology is khhler and Miltein in 1975 using somatic hybridization technology to establish a continuous culture in vitro and can secrete specific monoclonal antibody cell lines. Because this technology is the fusion of mouse myeloma cells and mouse spleen cells, and their offspring still have the characteristics of tumor cells, so called hybridoma technology. At present, this technology has been widely used in various fields of biology and medicine. Especially in recent years, remarkable progress has been made in the application of monoclonal antibody technology in tumor diagnosis and treatment.
