目的:探析我院静脉药物配置中心肿瘤化疗输液不合理用药情况。方法:入选我院2011年3月-2013年3月静脉药物配置中心药师记录的肿瘤化疗药物500例,对其资料进行回顾性分析。结果:出现219例不合理用药,包括电脑录入、给药剂量、溶媒选取不当、用量失误等情况。结论:静脉药物配置中心药师在审方时,如发现问题,及时与医生沟通,促进临床规范合理用药,提高临床用药效果。
Objective: To investigate the irrational use of drugs in chemotherapy and chemotherapy of intravenous drug delivery centers in our hospital. Methods: 500 cases of cancer chemotherapy drugs recorded by the pharmacists of IVAC from March 2011 to March 2013 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results: There were 219 cases of irrational drug use, including computer input, dose, improper solvent selection, dosage errors and so on. Conclusion: The Pharmacists at the Center for Venous Drug Dispensary found any problems during the trial, promptly communicated with the doctors, promoted the rational use of drugs in clinical practice, and improved the effectiveness of clinical medication.
