前言: 随着经济的发展和国家经济体制改革的深化,我国企业结构正在发生巨大变革。不少企业以不同形式进行联合,如有的以系列产品为龙头而联合,有的以系统工程为龙头而联合;有的则以某企业为主体,增加成员单位,形成强有力的专业化而联合,建立起企业集团公司(以下简称集团公司)。据有关资料报道,全国范围内已有集团公司1600余家。这些集团公司是三跨联合体,即跨地区、跨行业和跨所有制的企业联合体。这种联合体的标准化工作如何开展是一个值得探讨的问题。本文拟谈谈自己的看法,以向同仁请教。
Foreword: With the development of the economy and the deepening of the reform of the country’s economic system, the corporate structure of our country is undergoing tremendous changes. Many companies unite in different forms, such as tying together series products as a leader, and associating some with system engineering as a leader, while others use a certain enterprise as the main body, adding member units to form a powerful specialization. Jointly established a corporate group company (hereinafter referred to as a group company). According to relevant information, there are more than 1,600 group companies across the country. These group companies are three-span consortiums, that is, conglomerates of trans-regional, cross-industry and cross-ownership systems. How to carry out the standardization work of this consortium is a question worth exploring. This article intends to talk about their own views in order to consult colleagues.
