[编者按]本文是武汉专用汽车厂厂长周立基同志在中汽联科技部召开的“湖北、武汉地区部份专用汽车生产企业调整产品结构、适应市场变化座谈会”上的发言。周立基同志介绍了该厂结合实践,大搞技术开发和市场开发并举,不断调整产品结构,开拓产品的广度和深度,使企业的经济效益与社会效益双获丰收的经验。编者认为,面对当前国家进一步治理整顿和深化改革,汽车市场疲软,企业生产、经营举步艰难的形势,武汉专用汽车厂的做法独到、很有见地。可供行业各厂家参考、借鉴和发挥。
[Editor’s note] This article is a speech made by Comrade Zhou Liji, director of Wuhan Special Purpose Vehicle Plant, at the “Forum for Adjustment of Product Structure of Some Special Purpose Vehicle Manufacturing Enterprises in Hubei and Wuhan Region to Adapt to Market Changes” held by China Aviation Technical Department. Comrade Zhou Liji introduced the plant combined practice, vigorously promote technology development and market development simultaneously, and constantly adjust the product structure, product development breadth and depth, so that the economic benefits of enterprises and social benefits of double harvest experience.
