基于传统课堂症结的深刻反思和本质回归的价值诉求,抓住制约课堂教学动力与活力、质量与效能不足的心理根源,试图从心育与教学契合入手,打开放飞课堂生命力的神秘暗箱。成华实验小学以积极心理学、建构主义学习、多元智能、教学辩证法等理论导引,依托多年知心教育实践研究的智力和情感积淀,以“知心育人”的新高视野,创建以儿童学习为中心的知心课堂,正是在放眼“人”的发展,创生核心素养生长的根本途径和核心力量。这一创新性行动,填补了课堂教学改革长期难破“心理动因”的重大缺陷。虽然学校创建知心课堂的内容、路径、策略等尚在路上,但其锐利的思想洞察力、精神魄力和行走力量,势必唤起课堂改革“向心灵深处进发”的觉醒力量。

Based on the intellectual and emotional accumulation of many years of intimate education practice research, Chenghua Experimental Primary School aims to create a learning environment for children learning As the center of the intimate class, it is in the eyes of “people ” development, create the core of the core literacy growth and core power. This innovative action, to fill the long-term classroom teaching reform difficult “psychological motivation,” a major flaw. Although the school is still on the way of creating contents, paths and strategies of Intimate Classrooms, its sharp ideological insight, spiritual courage and walking strength will inevitably arouse the awakening power of classroom reform and development toward the heart and soul.
