目的探究对外科患者实施优质护理服务的效果。方法将作为研究对象的160例患者分为护理组(n=80,享受到优质护理服务)和对照组(n=80,采用常规护理),比较两组患者SAS评分和SDS评分以及护理满意度。结果享受到优质护理服务的护理组80例患者,其护理后SAS评分、SDS评分以及护理满意度均优于常规护理的对照组80例患者,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在更加关注患者护理需求的背景下,优质护理服务更适宜应用在外科护理中,有助于改善患者心理状态,提高其护理满意度,发挥护理的积极作用。
Objective To explore the effect of implementing quality nursing service on surgical patients. Methods A total of 160 patients were divided into nursing group (n = 80) and control group (n = 80). The SAS scores and SDS scores of the two groups were compared, and the nursing satisfaction . Results Eighty patients in nursing group enjoying quality nursing service had better SAS scores, SDS scores and nursing satisfaction than those in routine nursing care group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05) . Conclusions In the context of paying more attention to the needs of patient care, quality care services are more suitable for surgical care, which can help improve the psychological status of patients, improve their nursing satisfaction and play a positive role in nursing.
