党的十一届三中全会以后,我县普及小学教育事业发展很快。随着国民经济的进一步调整和农村生产责任制的逐步建立,普及教育工作遇到了一些新问题。由于我们坚持从实际出发。采取积极的态度和切实的措施解决了各种具体问题,从而巩固了普及小学教育成果。1981年下学期全县学龄儿童入学率仍保持了98.7%,在校学生的巩固率也达到96％。回顾几年,特别是近一年来的普及小学教育工作,我们的主要做法是:
