National Nuclear Standardization Technical Committee Power Difficult Technical Committee (SC3) Third Second Annual Meeting in October 6, 1997 to 9 in Tianjin. SC3 members and relevant experts from 12 units nationwide attended the meeting. SC3 Secretary-General Wang Jidong briefed the General Assembly on the 1997 SC3 work and introduced the 1998 work plan.
