【目的】探讨采用植物组织培养技术进行中国芦荟的快速繁殖 ,为工厂化育苗提供技术依据。【方法】以中国芦荟地下茎发生的幼芽为外植体 ,诱导丛生芽的产生。【结果】基本培养基选择MT (MurashigeandTucker)较好 ;培养基中附加 6_苄基氨基嘌呤 ( 6_Benzylaminopurine ,BA)能提高成芽率 ,并能增加外植体出芽的数量 ;BA浓度为 2mg·L_1时 ,有利于芽的诱导与生长 ,出芽率达 10 0 % ;根的诱导 ,以MT +0 .5mg·L_1萘乙酸 (Naphthaleneacid ,NAA)培养基较好 ,生根率为 10 0 %。【结论】通过培养芦荟地下茎发生的幼芽 ,既可以迅速建立快速繁殖体系 ,又能使优良品种的种性得以保持
【Objective】 The purpose of this study was to explore the rapid propagation of Chinese aloe using plant tissue culture technology and to provide technical basis for industrialized seedling raising. 【Method】 The young shoots from the underground stems of Chinese Aloe were used as explants to induce the production of cluster buds. 【Result】 The results showed that Murashige and Tucker were the best choice for basic culture medium. Adding 6-benzylaminopurine (BA) to culture medium could increase the rate of budding and increase the number of explants; BA concentration was 2mg · L_1, it is conducive to bud induction and growth, the germination rate was 100%; root induction, with MT +0 .5mg · L -1 naphthalene acetic acid (NAA) medium is better, the rooting rate was 10%. 【Conclusion】 By culturing young shoots from the underground stems of Aloe vera, the rapid propagation system can be rapidly established and the species of elite varieties maintained
