我国在飞速发展的现代社会,必须解决来自多方面的问题和压力,利用我国先进的技术优势和强大的经济实力进一步推动我国各个领域的全面发展,充分发挥我国各个领域的潜在能力,是促进我国现代化经济事业发展的关键。现今我国社会保障人才在供需方面存在一定的问题,主要原因在于高校劳动与社会保障专业人才在发展过程中陷入了困境,如何提高高校劳动与社会保障专业人才的培养水平,提高我国社会保障人才的实际价值,已成为当今我国重点关注的话题之一。本文旨在分析高校劳动与社会保障专业人才培养的现状及其相应的解决对策,从而以此来弥补我国社会保障人才短缺的实际情况。
