校长是学校的法人,是学校的权力象征,是职权、责任和义务的统一体,享有管理学校的权利,负有发展学校的责任,还有指导教育教学工作的义务。学校的发展,校长是关键所在。在实行校长负责制的背景下,学校成也校长,败也校长。校长有什么样的职业观,就有什么样的学校。本人通过参观考察全国部分成功学校,学习研究一些名校校长的治校经验,结合本人8年的校长岗位实践,深刻体会到校长应有以下职业观:
