目的贯彻落实《全国农村饮水安全工程“十一五”规划》,规范农村饮用水安全工程建设,保障农村饮水卫生安全,保护农村居民身体健康。方法通过对昌邑市昌南水厂农村供水工程进行现场卫生学调查,查阅建设过程的有关资料,建筑图纸审查,水质检测等内容,论证评价该建设项目的卫生防护措施的可行性、有效性和合理性,提出控制和降低有害因素的合理、可行的对策和建议,做出科学、客观、真实的卫生学评价。结果该水厂水源选择符合卫生要求,水质良好,水量充沛,水质检测结果符合国家卫生标准。各功能分区布局合理,净水池设计合理,导流墙及池壁结构、建筑材料符合卫生标准。输、配水管网、管件布局合理;水质净化处理工艺规范,复合二氧化氯消毒方法切实可行。结论昌南水厂供水工程总体符合卫生学要求,能保证该地区居民的生活用水需要。
Objective To implement the “National Rural Drinking Water Safety Project” and the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan”, regulate the construction of drinking water safety projects in rural areas, ensure the hygiene and safety of rural drinking water and protect the health of rural residents. Results The selection of water sources in the waterworks met the hygienic requirements, with good water quality and plenty of water quality. The water quality test results met the national health standards. Each functional partition layout is reasonable, the net pool design is reasonable, diversion wall and pool wall structure, building materials meet health standards. Lose, water distribution network, pipe fittings layout is reasonable; water purification treatment process specifications, composite chlorine dioxide disinfection method is feasible. Conclusion The water supply works in Changnan Waterworks generally meet the hygiene requirements and can ensure the domestic water needs of residents in the area.
