目的 了解国产 5 μg重组酵母基因乙肝疫苗对高校学生的免疫效果 ,为推广接种提供依据。 方法 整群追踪观察 395 6例研究对象免疫效果。结果 免疫接种后第 3年 ,研究对象乙肝表面抗体 (抗 -HBs)阳性率明显高于新生 (P <0 .0 0 5 )。 5 μg重组酵母基因乙肝疫苗 0、1、6月方案接种后第 3年 ,抗 -HBs阳性率为 33.80 %。抗 -HBs高校学生接种 1针乙肝疫苗 3年后有近 11%的人阴转。免疫接种后第 3年女生抗体阳性率显著高于男生 (P <0 .0 0 5 )。结论 高校学生接种乙肝疫苗对于预防乙肝有积极意义。适当加大酵母基因乙肝疫苗免疫剂量 ,可提高免疫持久性。
Objective To understand the immune effect of domestic 5 μg recombinant yeast Hepatitis B vaccine on college students and provide evidence for the promotion of vaccination. Methods A total of 395 6 subjects were enrolled in this study. Results At the third year after immunization, the positive rate of hepatitis B surface antibody (anti-HBs) was significantly higher than that of the newborn (P <0.05). The positive rate of anti-HBs was 33.80% at the third year after inoculation of 5 μg recombinant yeast Hepatitis B vaccine in 0, 1, and 6 months. Anti-HBs college students vaccinated 1-pin hepatitis B vaccine after 3 years, nearly 11% of people overcast. The antibody positive rate of girls in the third year after immunization was significantly higher than that of boys (P <0.05). Conclusion Hepatitis B vaccine for college students has a positive effect on the prevention of hepatitis B. Appropriate to increase the yeast gene hepatitis B vaccine dose, can improve immune persistence.
