造血组织增生异常症为一部分急性非淋巴细胞白血病变异的初始阶段。我们自1972年以来见到4例,详见附表。讨论本组4例特点: 1、男性3例,女性1例。2、2例大于50岁。3、发病时,3例的周围血象呈不完全血细胞减少(例1仅有白细胞减少,例3兼有贫血和血小板减少,例4为贫血及白细胞减少),另1例(例2)为白细胞增多。4、周围血网织红细胞增多者1例,可见有核红细胞2例,
Hematopoietic tissue dysplasia is part of the initial stage of acute non-lymphocytic leukemia variation. We have seen 4 cases since 1972, as shown in the attached table. Discuss the characteristics of 4 cases in this group: 1, 3 males and 1 female. Two cases of more than 50 years old. 3, when the onset of peripheral blood in 3 cases was incomplete cytopenia (only 1 leukopenia in Example 3, both anemia and thrombocytopenia in Example 3, 4 cases of anemia and leukopenia), the other one (Example 2) of white blood cells increase. 4, peripheral blood reticulocyte increased in 1 case, showing 2 cases of nucleated red blood cells,
