经济的飞速发展对我国的政治文明建设提出了更高的要求,“构建社会主义和谐社会”正是在这样的大背景下应运而生的。该理念的提出不仅是中国共产党“全心全意为人民服务”宗旨的体现,同时也是建立富强民主的社会主义国家必然要求。为了践行好这一科学理念,必须在各个层面、各个环节抓好和谐建设工作,从这个角度而言,基层工会的作用不容小觑。因为企业基层工会直接代表着广大职工的诉求,其作用能否发挥好,直接关系着工人的利益能否实现好、维护好。职工人数占我国人口有很重的比例,把广大职工的利益维护好了,对于建设社会主义和谐社会有着重要意义,因而,基层工会应当充分发挥其在构建“和谐企业”中所起的作用。
The rapid economic development has put forward higher requirements for the construction of political civilization in our country. It is on this background that “building a socialist harmonious society” came into being. This concept is not only an expression of the purpose of “serving the people wholeheartedly by the Chinese Communist Party,” but it is also an inevitable demand for the establishment of a prosperous and strong socialist nation. In order to effectively implement this scientific concept, we must do a good job in building a harmonious society at all levels and in all aspects. From this perspective, the role of grassroots trade unions should not be underestimated. Because the grassroots trade unions directly represent the demands of the broad masses of workers, their role can play a good role, which is directly related to whether the workers’ interests can be well implemented and well maintained. The number of workers accounts for a very large proportion of our population, safeguarding the interests of the broad masses of workers and the importance of building a socialist harmonious society. Therefore, grassroots unions should give full play to their role in building “harmonious enterprises” effect.
