目的:研究茶碱的电化学还原和直接电分析。方法:多阶半微分电化学方法研究茶碱的电化学还原行为,循环伏安和紫外光谱法研究其可逆性和电还原机理。结果:在磷酸底液中,茶碱在- 1-08 V处出现一还原峰,峰电流与茶碱浓度在2-0 ×10-6 ~2-0×10- 4 mol·L-1 范围内呈良好线性关系。结论:在适宜条件下茶碱分子中的C8和N9 之间的双键能在汞电极上直接还原,属完全不可逆电极反应,可用于茶碱的直接定量分析
Objective: To study the electrochemical reduction and direct electroanalysis of theophylline. Methods: The electrochemical reduction behavior of theophylline was studied by a multi-step semi-differential electrochemical method. The reversibility and reduction mechanism of theophylline were studied by cyclic voltammetry and UV spectroscopy. Results: In the phosphate solution, the theophylline showed a reduction peak at -1-08 V, the peak current and theophylline concentration were in the range of 2-0 × 10-6 ~ 2-0 × 10-4 mol·L-1 Within a good linear relationship. Conclusions: The double bond between C8 and N9 in theophylline molecule can be directly reduced on the mercury electrode under appropriate conditions, which is a completely irreversible electrode reaction and can be used for the direct quantitative analysis of theophylline
