1临床资料: 宫颈炎是妇科的常见病,约占妇科门诊总数的40-60%,它可以成为盆腔感染的病灶.子宫颈糜烂虽然是属于炎性病灶,但有诱发宫颈癌的可能.因此,采用什么治疗手段能有效地治好宫颈炎和宫颈糜烂,消除症状(如白带、出血、腰痛、尿频等)是妇科必须考虑的问题.我们半年来选择了在门诊妇科检查诊断为慢性宫颈炎、宫颈糜烂50例(其中轻度20例、中度18例、重度10例、宫颈息肉2例)施行微波治疗并临床观察其疗效.结果表明:一般一次治疗即可治愈,个别严重的经2次治疗后亦可治愈.
