目的 比较新式剖宫产术与传统腹壁直切口子宫下段剖宫产术。方法 随机选择有剖宫产手术指征的产妇80 例( 观察组) ,行新式剖宫产术,并与同期行传统腹壁直切口子宫下段剖宫产的产妇80 例( 对照组) 作比较。结果 观察组在手术时间、胎儿娩出时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、术后疼痛时间等指标上,较对照组明显缩短或减少,两者比较差异有统计学意义;观察组5 d 拆线,对照组7 d 拆线。结论 新式剖宫产手术时间短,损伤小,缩短胎儿娩出时间,术中出血少,术后疼痛轻,恢复快,住院时间短,具有明显的优越性
Objective To compare the new cesarean section with the traditional abdominal cesarean section of the lower uterine incision. Methods 80 maternal women with cesarean indications were selected randomly. The new cesarean section was performed and compared with 80 maternal women who underwent cesarean section under the traditional abdominal wall incision in the same period (control group). Results The observation group was significantly shorter or shorter than the control group in operation time, fetal delivery time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative exhaust time, postoperative pain time and other indicators, the difference was statistically significant; observation group 5 d stitches, control group 7 d stitches. Conclusions The new cesarean section has the advantages of short operation time, small injury, shortened fetus delivery time, less intraoperative bleeding, less postoperative pain, faster recovery, shorter hospital stay, and obvious advantages
