近年来随着我国人民生活水平的提高,饲养宠物的人日益增多,特别是城市养狗已达到了成灾的地步。姑且不说被狗咬伤的事件时有发生,而且还引发了狂犬病的危险。对此,上海、北京等大城市相继制订了养犬的规定,这将有利于控制城市养狗的数量,同时通过定期检疫,保障了饲主和邻里的人身健康和安全。
In recent years, with the improvement of people’s living standards in our country, the number of people raising pets has been on the rise. In particular, urban dogs have reached disaster-stricken proportions. Not to mention the occasional dog bites incident, but also led to the risk of rabies. In this regard, Shanghai, Beijing and other major cities have formulated dog regulations, which will help control the number of urban dogs, and through regular quarantine to protect the health and safety of the owners and neighbors.
