Vascularized bone graft can be used for mandibular reconstruction of tumor patients because of its good blood supply, however, vascularized bone transplantation will inevitably cause bone defect in donor area, and there is often the problem of shape mismatch in donor and recipient bone fragments. Osteogenic protein-1 (OP-1), also known as bone morphogenetic protein-7, can induce mesenchymal stem cells to differentiate into osteoblasts with obvious osteoinductive effect. Therefore, local application of BMP-1 can form more new bone, which can repair the mandibular defect and even reconstruct the mandible. However, for oncology patients, the presence of large post-operative scars and postoperative chemotherapy lead to localized
