目的 观察改良型生物调节器矫治生长发育期安氏Ⅱ类错牙合对颞颌关节的影响。方法 通过对10 0例安氏Ⅱ类错牙合进行矫治前、中、后及追踪复查的颞颌关节薛氏位片的测量 ,分析改良型生物调节器矫治安氏Ⅱ类错牙合各个时期颞颌关节的改变。结果 矫治前、中、后及追踪复查的比较 ,关节前后间隙的变化均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。而矫治前与后期追踪复查的比较无显著性变化 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 本矫治器可引导后缩的下颌及髁突前移 ,并稳定于正常关节位 ,恢复了牙位、肌位、关节位的协调一致
Objective To observe the effect of modified biological regulator on the treatment of temporomandibular joint during the growth and development of Class Ⅱ malocclusion. Methods 100 cases of Class Ⅱ malocclusion were treated with pre-treatment, post-treatment and follow-up of the orthodontic treatment. The modified biologic regulators were used to treat Class Ⅱ malocclusion Temporomandibular joint changes. Results Before, during, after and follow-up comparison, there were significant differences in the gap between before and after the joint (P <0.01). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion The appliance can guide the retracted mandibular and condyle forward and stable at the normal joint position, restore the tooth position, muscle position, joint position consistent
