我院1979年以来,确诊Ebslein 畸形14例,兹将其心电图和心向量图分析报道如下。临床材料本组14例中,男9例,女5例;年龄12～35岁,平均21.1岁。均为两维超声心动图确诊,其中X 线右心室造影10例。6例手术根治。心电图(ECG)分析16幅,其中2例伴预激综合征(WPW)患者手术根治后复查WPW消失。心向量图(VCG)分析14幅(2例病危未查,2例WPW 术后复查)。ECG 表现:电轴右偏10幅、左偏6幅;右室肥大9幅,左室肥大1幅;右束支阻滞6幅,WPW4幅,室上速6幅;P 波高大畸形7幅,
Our hospital since 1979, diagnosed 14 cases of Ebslein deformity, it will be ECG and cardiac vector diagram analysis reported below. Clinical Materials The group of 14 patients, 9 males and 5 females; aged 12 to 35 years, mean 21.1 years.
