7月8日,杭州市领导专门听取了绿城集团关于地铁艮山门站城市综合体设计及建筑概念设计方案的汇报。杭州对城市综合体的青睐由来已久。去年此时,杭州市政府就提出要在未来建设20座新城和100个不同业态、不同主题的城市综合体,实现杭州城市发展战略的整合提升。尽管这样的“雄心壮志”引起了各地媒体的一片质疑声,但杭州近两年在建和规划的城市综合体仍如雨后春笋,大有满城遍布的势头。
