根据全省三十烷醇试验协作组的统一部署,本试验在探求三十烷醇对小麦增产效果,为今后大面积推广应用,提供科学依据。在都昌县南峰乡南峰村十个村民小组的五百亩小麦使用三十烷醇示范区内,选定示范户的一亩小麦(套种棉花)地为试验地。麦苗长势中等,品种为荆州47号。三十烷醇为江西工学院江南化工厂生产的0.1%匀胶体剂。试验设六个处理:即浓度为0.1PPm、0.5PPm、1PPm、2.5PPm、5PPm和清水(对照)。每亩喷水量均为60斤。每个处理地的四周设保护行。重复4次,小区面积0.03亩,计0.72亩。在小麦齐穗期,4月29日下午2时开始进行喷洒,5时结束。喷洒药液时,邻近小区
According to the unified deployment of the triacontanol experimental cooperation group in the province, this experiment is to explore the effect of triacontanol on the yield increase of wheat and provide a scientific basis for large-scale popularization and application in the future. Five mu of wheat in ten villagers’ groups in Nanfeng Village, Nanfeng Township, Nanchang Town, Duchang County were used as experimental sites in the triacontanol demonstration area, and one mu of wheat (interplanted cotton) for demonstration households was selected.
