小麦锈病在伽师县发生非常严重,据去春今冬重点调查,锈病越冬面积约占30%,发生面积约12万亩.为此,我站采用目前容易取得的三种土农药进行了杀伤冬麦越冬锈病孢子浓度试验,初步找出了使用的有效浓度,现介绍如下:今年元月27日在本县先锋人民公社第一管理区(巴仁镇)第五生产大队有锈病病菌的麦田内,分七个小区,每小区面积3平方公尺,三种土农药分六个处理,各喷洒药液一公斤、折合亩用量220多斤.八天后,以随机取样法,摘取病叶检查,死亡的锈菌孢子为灰白色.试验结果如下表:
