目的 观察用MT -埋植式给药装置对口腔癌行术前灌注化疗的疗效和毒副作用。方法 67例口腔鳞癌 ,随机分为实验组和对照组 ,实验组将化疗药物通过MT -埋植式给药装置行术前局部灌注化疗 ,对照组用相同药物行常规静脉灌注化疗 ,观察疗效和毒副作用。结果 实验组的疗效显著优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,毒副作用显著小于对照组 ( p <0 .0 5 )。结论 用MT -埋植式给药装置行口腔癌动脉灌注化疗不仅疗效优于常规静脉灌注方法 ,而且显著降低了全身毒副作用 ,操作安全、简单 ,具有推广价值
Objective To observe the curative effect and toxicity of preoperative infusion chemotherapy with oral MT - implantable device on oral cancer. Methods Sixty - seven patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. In the experimental group, the chemotherapeutic agents were pretreated by MT - implantable drug delivery device before chemotherapy. The control group received conventional intravenous chemotherapy with the same drug to observe the effect And toxic side effects. Results The efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05). The toxic side effects were significantly less than those of the control group (p <0.05). Conclusion The use of MT - implantable device in oral cancer chemotherapy is not only superior to conventional intravenous infusion of chemotherapy, but also significantly reduces the systemic side effects, safe, simple, with promotional value
