目的:为配合国产ZDM双叶瓣的研制,以获得该种人工瓣膜植入活体后的性能数据。方法:本文采用常温下心肺转流技术对6只绵羊行三尖瓣替换术。就绵羊心肺转流中机器预充与血液稀释,肝素和鱼精蛋白的用量,流量与压力的控制,血钾、血气、直肠温度的调整以及上、下腔静脉、升主动脉插管口径进行了测定和探讨。结果:6只绵羊术后有3只存活期>53天,符合国家技术监督局颁布的“人工瓣膜通用技术条件”中的要求。结论:成熟绵羊体重、生理、生化等生命体征参数与人类成人相似,适用于心肺转流下人工瓣膜替换术的动物实验。
OBJECTIVE: In order to cooperate with the development of domestic ZDM double lobe to obtain the performance data of this kind of artificial lobe after implantation. Methods: In this paper, cardiopulmonary bypass at room temperature in six sheep underwent tricuspid valve replacement. Results: Three sheep survived for more than 53 days postoperatively, which met the requirements of “General Technical Conditions of Prosthetic Valve” promulgated by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision. Conclusion: The physical parameters such as body weight, physiology, biochemistry and other vital signs in mature sheep are similar to those in human adults and are suitable for animal experiments of prosthetic valve replacement under cardiopulmonary bypass.
