对水稻、油菜和白菜共五个品种的高、低水分种子,用铝箔复合袋和牛皮纸袋包装,分别以速冻速解和速冻缓解的方式,在液氮内(-196℃)保存5天或7天后,测定其发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、电导率和活力指数,结果表明,速冻速解和速冻缓解对水稻、油菜种子的生活力及活力无显著影响;高、低水分贮存对3种种子的贮藏效果也无显著影响,但以缓解、低水分的效果更佳,两种包装材料对油菜种子的贮存效果无显著影响,而水稻和高水分含量的白菜种子以纸袋包装的贮存效果较好.
High and low moisture seeds of five varieties of rice, oilseed rape and Chinese cabbage were packaged in aluminum foil composite bag and kraft paper bag and stored in liquid nitrogen (-196 ℃) for 5 days or in quick freezing mode respectively After 7 days, the germination potential, germination rate, germination index, conductivity and vigor index were measured. The results showed that quick-freezing and quick-freezing alleviation had no significant effect on the viability and vigor of rice and rape seeds. The storage effect of seeds did not have a significant effect, but to alleviate the effect of low moisture better, the two packaging materials had no significant effect on the storage of rapeseed seeds, and rice and high moisture content of cabbage seeds in bags of storage better.
