目的了解开封市水产品养殖、销售和加工过程中弧菌的污染状况。方法从开封市养殖场、销售场所和餐饮店采集相关水体、水体沉积物、水产品共216份样品,用3%碱性蛋白胨水增菌,用3%TSA琼脂和科玛嘉弧菌显色琼脂进行分离,对分离出的致病性弧菌进行全自动系统生化鉴定,对检出的霍乱弧菌进行血清学分型。结果共检出弧菌7种269株,检出率依次为溶藻弧菌47.69%,霍乱弧菌34.26%,副溶血弧菌24.54%,创伤弧菌7.87%,河流弧菌6.94%,最小弧菌1.85%,麦氏弧菌1.39%;其中分离出的霍乱弧菌均为非01/非0139群霍乱弧菌。结论开封市淡水鱼养殖过程和市售水产品致病性弧菌污染较为严重,存在一定的食品安全风险,需加强水产养殖与市售水产品的监测,做好疾病的预防控制工作。
Objective To understand the pollution status of Vibrio in aquaculture, sales and processing of Kaifeng City. Methods A total of 216 samples of related water, sediment and aquatic products were collected from the farms, sales venues and restaurants in Kaifeng City. The samples were enriched with 3% alkaline peptone and were visualized with 3% TSA agar and C. coli Agar separation, the isolated pathogenic Vibrio automatic biochemical identification system, the detection of Vibrio cholerae serological typing. Results A total of 269 strains of Vibrio spp. Were identified. The detection rates were 47.69% for Vibrio alginolyticus, 34.26% for Vibrio cholerae, 24.54% for Vibrio parahaemolyticus, 7.87% for Vibrio vulnificus, 6.94% for Vibrio river, 1.85% of the bacteria, 1.39% of the Vibrio metsnii; all of the isolated V. cholerae were non-01 / non-0139 group Vibrio cholera. Conclusion The freshwater fish farming process in Kaifeng City is more serious than the pathogenic Vibrio parahaemolyticus in commercial aquatic products. There is a certain food safety risk. Aquaculture and marketing of aquatic products should be monitored to prevent and control diseases.
