奴佛卡因被发现已经有好几十年的历史了,它具有麻醉、镇痛等作用。因为毒性很小,所以很久以来就被广泛地应用于局部麻醉方面。由于它有镇痛的作用,因此也以静脉注射的方法来减少病人的疼痛。近年来,山于我们向苏联先进的医学经验学习,积极的推行封闭疗法,因此对奴佛卡因的性能有了更进一步的认识,它的应用范围也更较以前广阔了。虽然上面已经讲过奴佛卡因的毒性很小,可是反应的发生仍然是有可能的。因此提出讨论,以供同志们参考。奴佛卡因的性质本品系无色结晶,可溶于水及醇中,融点在153—156℃之间,呈中性反应,但盐酸普鲁卡因则呈酸性反应(酸盐值6),经100℃煮沸消毒,分解极微。奴佛卡因的作用1.奴佛卡因有直接抑制神经织维的机能,因此具备了麻醉和镇痛的作用。2.具有抗组织胺的作用,因奴佛卡因的分解
