引言溴化甲烷是一种录取新的有机燻蒸药剂;由于它具备一些独特的优点,近年来已被广泛的采用。我县这次使用溴化甲烷燻蒸剂杀灭棉籽虫,参加搬运的八十余工人全部中毒;幸发觉早,救治及时,未发生不幸事件。鉴于目前全国记载这项中毒的文献不多,特将临床观察所得,整理发表,一方面借以引起全国各有关部门及专家的注意,请多发表意见,作为拋砖引玉的开端;一方面供给医务工作同志的参考,但是由于我院限于条件设备,对各种化验检查做得不够;另外我们学识浅陋,对溴化甲烷的知识知道得太少,因此内容方面,肯定有错误和遗漏;希望有关专家,不吝指正!
