本文提出了一种分析激光光腔的新方法─—有限元法。对ＣＯ＿２激光器光腔模式进行了初步分析计算，并与福克斯和厉鼎毅的数值计算法及矩阵联乘法进行了比较。

This paper presents a new method of analyzing the laser cavity ─ ─ finite element method. The cavity mode of CO_2 laser was initially analyzed and calculated, and compared with the numerical method and matrix multiplication method of Fox and Eric Li.
