The situation report is the leader of a unit. During a period of time, we should clarify the political and economic situation to the cadres and masses in a timely manner in light of the major events at home and abroad and the work of our respective departments. We should adopt the basic principles and tactics and the methods and steps for achieving our goal , What achievements have we made so far, what are the remaining difficulties, what measures should be taken next, and so on.
