There are three basic elements that may be considered with regard to language quality issues: accuracy, receptivity and ingenuity. The accuracy factor refers to the lexical features and the syntactic features. The qualifying factors refer to the requirements of the language in sociolinguistics. The factors of the ingenuity mean the smoothness of the total applied language and the degree of freedom in expressing ideas. The same is true of language education, all of which have the same relationship with language training.
