In April 1986, Comrade Liu Yun from Tongji University was invited to participate in the Northeast Asia Institute of Nationalities Master Plan Design Competition organized by the Liaoning Civil Engineering Society, the Dalian Civil and Architectural Society and the Northeast Nationalities Institute, and invited to participate in the competition.
